Will you help in honoring the heroism and exceptional service of uniformed First Responders by participating in our "One Hero ~ One Dollar" campaign? Most Americans are shocked to learn that 300 First Responders die in the line of duty every year! Worse- there are no nationwide charities that take care of the immediate financial needs of their families.
By making a one dollar donation for every line of duty death ($25 per month), you can help us build an endowment in the Homeland Heroes Fund. Our goal is to sign up 10,000 supporters by Christmas so every First Responder will the assurance that if they make the ultimate sacrifice, the immediate financial needs of their families will be met.

The First Responder Institute is a grassroots non-profit that was founded by seasoned law enforcement officers, firefighters, and paramedics. Their mission is to create a fund that will provide for the immediate financial needs of the families of our fallen heroes. The First Responder Institute has partnered with the Urban Affairs Coalition www.uac.org to provide empowered third party accountability to our organization due to the unfortunate number of non-profits who have exploited the service and sacrifice of the American First Responder. Monique Stevenson of the Urban Affairs Coalition can be reached at 215-851-0110.
