Thank you for shopping with Honoring Heroes]! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

 

Overview

 

Our policy lasts 10 days from the date your order was delivered. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.  It must also be in the original packaging.


 

Section 1: Standard Party Items

 

(Cupcake Toppers, Confetti, Standard Banners, etc.)

Returns Accepted: Yes, for a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unopened Postal packaging. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at Cassandra@honoringheroes.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. We will provide instructions for mailing the item back.

    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.


 

Section 2: Personalized & Custom Items

 

(Name Plates, 100% Custom Plaques, Custom Cake Toppers with Names, etc.)

Returns Accepted: No, unless due to our error or product defect.

Due to the unique, custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error made by us in the customization process (e.g., a misspelling that differs from the approved proof).

  • Our Guarantee: We provide a proof (digital mockup) for all personalized items. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof.

    • If the finished product matches the approved proof, but you realize you made an error (e.g., misspelled a name), we cannot offer a refund. However, please contact us; we may offer a discounted rate for a replacement.

    • If the finished product does not match the approved proof, we will remake and ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.

  • Process for Defective/Damaged Custom Items:

    1. Contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) at Cassandra@HonoringHeroes.com.

    2. Include your order number, a clear description of the defect/damage, and clear photographs of the item and the packaging.

    3. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.


 

Section 3: Sale Items

 

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Section 4: Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see Section 1 and Section 2). If you need to exchange a standard item for a different color or size, please contact us.
