About Honoring Heroes
Inspired by the congressionally authorized Medal of Valor for First Responders, the First Responder Institute has created complimentary awards to honor the service and heroism of First Responders. This non-profit Institute is the result of a grassroots movement of seasoned medics, law enforcement officers, and firefighters. The “profits” created by honoring our First Responders are set aside to assist the families of our fallen in the Homeland Heroes Fund.
