• You select Size and Turnaround Time.
• Upload your emblem and add personalized text - Do not worry about formatting, we will take care of this.
• Cassandra will use your image and information to create your actual plaque mock up.
• Once your mock up is finished, Cassandra will upload it to this site, you will get an email with a link to view your mock up and approve it - or if there are changes needed, annotate them in the comment section and reject it. If rejected, Cassandra will make the changes you requested and re send it for approval.
• Plaque will be mailed and delivered within the amount of time you chose.

• Sizes
  Small - 11x8 Medium - 14x10 Large - 16x12

Some emblems are wider or taller than others - sizing is whichever comes first (Height or Width)

• Materials
  The base of the plaque is a 1 inch thick wood that is CNC cut. The top pieces are either painted wood, acrylic or UV printed materials
  
• Plaque Back
  The back of your plaque will be a light wood color. The perfect area for messages of well wishes and signatures!
  
• Change of Emblem
  During the mock up process, we actually break your plaque down and ensure all pieces are machine ready. This gives you the most accurate presentation of your plaque. This step takes a generous amount of time. If your plaque mock up has been created and emailed to you and you would like to change the top emblem, a $35 change fee will be invoiced. We now have to create a whole new image that is machine ready for your mock up.
  
• Cancellation
  If you choose to cancel your order after a mock up has been emailed to you, a $35 mock up fee will be deducted from your refund. If a mock up has not been emailed to you, a full refund will be applied.
